​ABRASIVE CUTTING 
The ends are burred and sharp, and require additional end treatment operations such as deburring or end rounding. Standard tolerance is +/- .030" to +/- .100".


ELECTROMECHANICAL CUTTING 
​Electrochemical cutting uses low voltage, high current electrical energy to effortlessly cut through the wire and tubing. Electrochemical cutting uses a specially designed cutting wheel (cathode), electrolyte solution, and electricity to effectively and precisely “cut" through wire and tubing (anode). By correctly adjusting the voltage, electrochemical cutting provides a burr-free cut on wire and hypotubing. Standard tolerance is +/- .005" to +/- .030" dependent on cut length.

CENTERLESS GRINDING
Precision grinding is available on all inventory or customer supplied materials. Standard diameter is +/-.0002”, however tolerances as tight as +/-.00005” are possible. ​


WIRE EDM
Precision Wire EDM is available on all inventory or customer supplied materials. Standard diameter is +/-.0002”, however tolerances as tight as +/-.00002” are possible. ​


BENDING AND FORMING
Using a variety of methods including: CNC, rotary draw, fixed wiper and compression die. Size capacity ranges in diameter from .015″ to 1.5″ in.​

FINISHING OPERATIONS 
Various custom finishing operations are available including passivation per ASTM-A967, ultrasonic cleaning, electropolishing, grit blasting, laser ablation, laser marking and more. Lead time varies depending on quantities and operations.

COATING

​Several coatings with varying degrees of thickness such as PTFE, Polyimide, Polymer jacket and others. Custom-grind the base material to achieve the final coated diameter you need.
